Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Arbourline, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return process within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange:

• Contact us at help@arbourline.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• For your convenience, we offer a one-time free exchange.

Conditions:

• We do not offer returns or refunds for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
• Exchanges and returns requested after 14 days from the date of delivery cannot be accommodated.
• Items purchased during a sale, special offer, or with a coupon code are eligible for a one-time size exchange only; refunds will not be granted.

Returns & Refunds for Prepaid Orders:

• For returns and refunds on prepaid orders, there will be a deduction of Rs.150 from the invoice value to cover return pickup charges.
• Shipping fees will be deducted from the invoice value for refused or canceled prepaid orders after dispatch.

• Colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to light and screen differences.
• Please allow slight deviation for measurement data.
